Brian Wright
[Truck Driver]
Brian drove a bus in Birmingham and was coming to the end of his working career.
He went on a weekend break to Butlins in Minehead with his wife Joan. Tha'll Be The Day were performing each week there at 'Barnums'.
Brian later booked the show into the Midlands area when most of the work was still in the clubs.
He became friends with everyone and when a driver couldn't make a show in 2003 he stepped in and helped out. Five years on he's still helping!
Likes: 'The Blues' (Birmingham City FC) - Jet-Setting and Holidays - Gardening.
Mike Stevens

He has also worked with a lot of well known bands such as The Animals, Billy Ocean, Midge Ure, Bad Manners and Alvin Stardust to mention but a few!
Matt Thomas
[Monitor Engineer]
Matt Thomas joined in 2010 taking over Ollie's role as Monitor Sound Engineer.
Considering his last job was an engineering consultant dealing with safety systems on new aircraft carriers and work in the nuclear industry he should feel right at home!
Matt loves skiing and is a qualified instructor.
Tristan Cowell
[FOH Sound Engineer]
Tristan worked for a live events company from a young age. He then spent five years working with That'll Be The Day before leaving in 2004 to read law at the University of Bristol.
Having now completed his law degree, Tristan is taking a career break prior to furthering his legal training and returns to his previous position as FOH Sound Engineer for the show.
A true "Rodie" Tristan enjoys the rock & roll lifestyle that goes with international touring.
His favourite drink is Jack Daniels though he has a "dry day" every second Wednesday!
Sam Peregrine-Morgan
[Lighting Designer]
Sam was working for a live event company putting in sound and light. At college he studied electronics and electrical engineering.
At the end of 2002 Sam joined the show. At first he worked on monitors and then transferred over to lighting two years ago.
He also operates the audio-visual aspect of the show and 'calls' the spotlights, so he's very busy. (Don't ring him at work!)
Sam liaises with the theatre's house crews prior to and during That'll Be The Day performances.
